Open to women and non-binary individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels, She Races is a celebration of confidence, community, and resilience—powered by a trail community that believes everyone deserves to belong.

    Distances: 2km walk, 4km jog/run, 10km trail race
    Start times:

    - 10km: 8.30am (checkpoint closes: 11am)

    - 4km: 8.45am

    - 2km: 8.55am

    - Parent and child: 9:05am

    - Cut off for all races: 2pm

    Checkpoints: The 10km race will have a halfway checkpoint with drinks and snacks.

    Solo runners (female or non-binary, aged 16+)
    Corporate teams of four (female-only; participants must be 16+)

    4km and 2km
    Adult and child teams (adult must be 16+, child must be 4+; boys under 12 welcome when accompanied by a female over 16)
    Solo entries (open to females anf non binary individuals aged 12 and above)

    Strollers are not permitted.

  • Women, non-binary individuals, and kids are welcome to register. Boys under 12 are welcome to run with their mum.

  • We’re proud to welcome corporate teams to join the She Races 10km as a celebration of camaraderie and challenge.

    Team Requirements:

    • Teams must consist of four female participants (team members must be over 16 years)

    • Each runner will complete the full 10km course

    • Team times will be calculated by adding up the individual finish times of all four runners (total time of all four runners)

  • 2km Course Rules (for children and families): The 2km route is a relaxed, family-friendly option designed to be safe, inclusive, and joyful for everyone involved.

    Age and Participation:

    • Children aged 4 and above are welcome to participate

    • All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

    • Each participant (including children) must have a paid ticket to ensure they are covered by insurance

    • Please note: the 2km course is not suitable for strollers due to terrain and safety considerations

     Children under 4:

    • For safety reasons, we do not recommend the course for children under 4

    • Parents who choose to walk with babies or toddlers in carriers may do so, but this is at their own discretion and risk (please note: babes in carriers are not covered by race insurance)

    • To help maintain a safe space for all participants, we kindly ask those with young children to start at the back of the group

  • The 10km race will be chip-timed. The 2km and 4km routes are untimed and intentionally pressure-free.

  • This is a women-focused race. Male allies are encouraged to volunteer, cheer, and support behind the scenes. Dads are welcome to run with their kids on the 2km or 4km course.

  • Absolutely. The 2km and 4km options are perfect for beginners, and no one is left behind.

  • Race bib, race-day support, finisher token, access to Race Village, refreshments, and community.

  • Yes! Our team will capture all the action. You’ll receive access post-event.
