She Races

She Races is a women-focused trail running event set in Aberdeen Country Park, designed to make taking part in sport feel accessible, supportive, and energising.

Allies welcome to cheer, volunteer, and support.

She Races is powered by community.

Every year, volunteers help create the atmosphere that makes the event feel supportive, welcoming, and memorable for participants. From cheering runners across the finish line to helping first-time participants feel calm and confident at registration, volunteers are a huge part of what makes She Races different.

On Sunday 4 October 2026, She Races returns to Aberdeen Country Park, bringing together up to 500 women and children across multiple race distances for a morning built around movement, confidence, challenge, and community.

We’re now looking for volunteers to help us deliver the event.
