  • Marah Cabania

    Ma. Aurora Cabania—known to her friends as Marah—is a passionate trail runner with a love for nature and movement.

    Originally from the Philippines, Marah studied Hotel and Restaurant Management before moving to Hong Kong, where she has worked as a domestic helper for the past 12 years.

    Friendly and outgoing, she finds joy in staying active, building community, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

    Outdoor activities have always been a big part of her life—whether it’s swimming, hiking, camping, trail running, or anything that keeps her moving.

  • Ruby Cheng

    Ruby is a full time triathlon coach and a passionate triathlete who dedicates her work in empowering individuals to grow physically and mentally through the journey of triathlon.

    She founded No Limits Coaching, a triathlon coaching company where she continues to grow an inclusive triathlon community in Hong Kong and globally to support and uplift each other.

    She believes cultivating a resilient mindset is essential for personal growth and achieve long term success in various aspects of life. With the set up of an apparel company, the No Limits Club, she wishes people can wear the shared value of triathlon and see a movement to make it as a lifestyle.

  • Nikki Han

    Nikki has lived in Hong Kong for 21 years with her husband and two daughters, Miya (21) and Isla (17). She began trail running in 2010 and has completed races from 15km to 360km.

    She was the first female finisher of the HK4TUC in 2019 and finished again in 2021. Nikki has raced in China, Japan, France, the Philippines, Scotland, and Indonesia.

    She believes in doing hard things and pushing your limits—because that’s how we grow stronger, physically and mentally.

  • Ruth Laidler-Handy

    A Vice President at JP Morgan, Ruth works in the CIB Equities space while championing diversity and inclusion as the co-chair of PRIDE Hong Kong, JP Morgan’s LGBTQ+ employee network. Committed to fostering an inclusive environment, she actively works to ensure that all identities are celebrated and supported. Outside of the office, Ruth is a competitive weightlifter, bringing her passion for inclusivity beyond the workplace and into the gym.

  • Vriko Kwok

    Vriko Kwok is a wellness entrepreneur and athlete. She is the cofounder of Herbs’Oil Hawaii and Nourwish, a lululemon Ambassador, and a two-time TEDx speaker.

    Vriko has shared her insights with industry leaders from Meta, Shopify, HSBC, and the Obama Foundation's Girls Opportunity Alliance, among others. She has also coached female startups in Hong Kong with Meta APAC and continues to be an advocate for female empowerment.

    She began competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2018 and won bronze at the Asian Championship. Vriko aspires to promote more diverse representation in the active movement space, particularly in Asia. In 2023, she started running and became an ultramarathoner in just 11 months, completing the lululemon FURTHER 6-Day desert ultramarathon.

  • Katherine Lim

    Katherine is a passionate trail runner and elite touch rugby player who proudly represented Hong Kong China at the 2024 Touch World Cup in Nottingham.

    Her running journey has taken her from casual jogs to podium finishes in competitive trail races, including team wins at events like the Ultra Gobi Race.

    She is a sports entrepreneur, co-running a specialty retail store in Sheung Wan, and a finance professional in the private funds sector. As a mother of two, Katherine balances family, business, and high-level sport—demonstrating that women can thrive in every arena.

    She believes sports have the power to transform lives and empower women to push boundaries.

  • Veronica Llorca-Smith

    Veronica is a public speaker, author, and advocate for inclusion and allyship through sports, culture and storytelling.

    In her keynotes, she blends her previous experience in leadership roles (Apple, Estée Lauder) with her multicultural background and personal journey as an amateur triathlete to inspire audiences worldwide to unlock their potential and promote inclusion.

    She believes in the power of sports as a catalyst for building confidence, resilience, and community. As a mom of two young daughters, she’s passionate about levelling the playing field for young girls and women and people from under-represented groups.

    Originally from Spain, Veronica has lived in 9 countries and speaks 6 languages.

  • Ziggy Makant

    Ziggy is a mother to three young children, an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a speciality in women's health from pregnancy, postpartum to the peri-menopause transition.

    Ziggy is most passionate about helping mothers in the postnatal period, particularly those with abdominal separation or pelvic floor conditions.
