Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please understand that registering for She Races involves a level of risk. Personal circumstances can change, including injury, illness, or scheduling conflicts. As a result, all entries are final and non-refundable.

Refunds

Participants acknowledge that entry fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal, injury, or other personal reasons.

If race insurance is offered and selected at the point of registration, any claims must be made directly through the insurance provider in accordance with their terms.

Transfers

Entries are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another participant.

Event Cancellation

The Impact Collective reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify the event in the interest of participant safety or due to circumstances beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather conditions before or during the event

• Unsafe trail conditions or environmental risks

• Public health concerns or government restrictions

• Loss of permits or access to the event location

• Any other unforeseen circumstances that make the event unsafe or unviable to deliver

In the event of cancellation, entry fees will not be refunded due to the significant upfront costs associated with organising the event.

If the event is cancelled or modified during race day, no refunds will be issued. 

Changes to the Event

The Impact Collective reserves the right to alter course routes, start times, or race formats if required for safety, environmental, or operational reasons.
